دوافع الشباب المغاربي للهجرة غير الشرعية نحو أوروبا وآثار ذلك على دول ضفتي المتوسط

الملخص
الملخص: الهجرة غير الشرعية هي ظاهرة إجرامية تأخذ صورة التنظيم الدولي العابر للحدود، ويقصد بها اجتياز الحدود دون موافقة الدولة الأصل وكذا الدول المستقبلة، ونتيجة للموقع الاستراتيجي الذي تحتله الجزائر والذي يتوسط دول المغرب العربي، ويتميز بحدوده الشاسعة مع دول الساحل والصحراء كالنيجر ومالي؛ فان الجزائر تعتبر من أهم دول العبور للمهاجرين غير الشرعيين من إفريقيا وآسيا نحو الضفة الجنوبية لأوروبا، إضافة إلى كونها دولة مصدرة للمهاجرين غير الشرعيين منها إلى أوروبا. ولقد اتسعت الظاهرة وتعاظمت أسبابها وآثارها، الأمر الذي يستدعي الكثير من التنسيق والتعاون من اجل ردعها والسيطرة عليها. Abstract : Illegal immigration is a criminal phenomenon that takes the form of transnational international organization, and is intended to cross borders without the consent of the country of origin as well as the receiving countries, and as a result of the strategic location occupied by Algeria, which mediates the countries of the Maghreb, and is distinguished by its vast borders with the countries of the Sahel and Sahara such as Niger and Mali Algeria is considered one of the most important transit countries for illegal immigrants from Africa and Asia to the southern bank of Europe, in addition to being a source country for illegal immigrants from Africa to Europe. The phenomenon has expanded and its causes and effects have increased, which requires much coordination and cooperation in order to deter and control it.
