الملخص

الملخص: يؤكد علماء التربية أن التعليم في الجامعة تحدد فاعليته مهارةُ الأستاذ الجامعي في تهيئة المناخ التدريسي للتعلم، وتنمية الدافعية لدى طلابه،ولهذا نتساءل ما خصائص وأدوار الأستاذ الجامعي من أجل تحقيق الجودة الشاملة؟ وسنبحث ضمن هذه الدراسة في أهم عنصر في العملية التعليمية وهو الأستاذ و أهميته و خصائصه وأدواره الحديثة التي يتميز بها في ضل ضمان الجودة ،وسنشير أيضا إلى ما هي المتطلبات الأساسية لضمان جودة أداء الأستاذ وفي الختام نقدم تصورا مقترحا من أجل أستاذ جامعي متميز فعالا يمتلك معايير الجودة Abstract : Educationalists confirm that the professor's skill determines the effectiveness of teaching at the university through creating the teaching environment for learning and the development of motivation among his students, and therefore we wonder what are the characteristics and roles of the university professor to achieve total quality? In this study, we will discuss the most important element in the educational process, which is the professor, his importance, his characteristics and his modern roles that characterize him with quality assurance. We will also indicate what are the prerequisites to ensure the quality of the professor's performance. In conclusion, we present a suggested vision for an effective university professor with quality standards.
