The Culture Of Financial Innovation And The Extent Of Applying Principles Of Financial Innovation In An Organization

Abstract
In this research paper, we tried to highlight the importance of financial innovation in the organization, by emphasizing that the value and importance of financial innovation lies in the fact that it is found to improve and develop the work of organizations in general, as it is a means by which parties can reduce transaction, research and marketing costs, as we indicated in this The research paper indicates that technological developments stimulate innovation and are a fundamental factor in economic growth in general. In this study, we tried to identify the culture of innovation and the most important principles of financial innovation. We also addressed the most important classifications of financial innovation in organizations through risk transfer innovations, liquidity enhancing innovations, stock generation innovations, and insurance innovations.
