Abstract
Sharing of knowledge has a multi-faceted impact on different companies, such as advances in the performance of research, innovation and is the most important parts generally. However, the effects sharing of knowledge on personal innovativeness were not enough attractive through the provided studies. This paper presented to study the relationship between knowledge sharing and personal creativity, and determine the effects of knowledge sharing features on personal innovation in the higher education institution. This paper aims to identify the effects of knowledge sharing on students at personal level in higher education institution in Algeria, which use the social and technical outlook and the social capital theory to investigate the precedents important contribution to know with more details, as well as the test of social and technical aspects. إن لمشاركة المعرفة تأثير متعدد الأوجه على المنظمات المختلفة، كالتقدم في أداء البحث والابداع حيث يمثل أهم المحاور بشكل عام. ومع ذلك، فإن آثار مشاركة المعرفة على الابتكار الشخصي لم تكن واضحة بما فيه الكفاية من خلال الدراسات المقدمة في هذا الموضوع. قدمت هذه الورقة لدراسة العلاقة بين تشارك المعرفة والإبداع الشخصي، وتحديد آثار ميزات مشاركة المعرفة على الابتكار الشخصي في مؤسسة التعليم العالي. حيث نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة إلى التعرف على آثار مشاركة المعرفة على الطلاب على المستوى الشخصي في مؤسسة التعليم العالي في الجزائر، والتي تستخدم المقاربة الاجتماعية والتقنية وتعتمد على نظرية رأس المال الاجتماعي لتحليل وتفسير النتائج بعد اختبار الجوانب الاجتماعية والتقنية. .
