الملخص
The political system in the past was focusing on different peelers to carry on its way and its rules and the 'Othmans' were not an exception . From the first they managed to find ways to establish their system in order to control all the land and people and was through military and administrative ways religious men were the fistin frustrating, the 'Makhyini' tribes, and preserve the military casement.
