التحديات التي تواجه التعليم الإلكتروني من وجه نظر أعضاء تدريس وطلاب قسم المحاسبة

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث الي التعريف بالتعليم الالكتروني والتعريف بعلم المحاسبة كعلم قابل للتعليم الكترونياً والتعرف على اهم التحديات التي تواجهه من حيث التطرق للتحديات التقنية والفنية والتحديات التي تواجه طالب المحاسبة والتحديات التي تواجه معلم مادة المحاسبة والتحديات التي تواجه تدريس مادة المحاسبة الكترونيا كما تكمن اهمية البحث من حيث الاهمية العلمية في التطرق للتعريفات العلمية للمفاهيم ذات الصلة بموضوع البحث وتكمن الاهمية العملية في امكانية تلمس اراء الطلاب وأساتذة علم المحاسبة في اهم التحديات التي تواجه تدريس مادة المحاسبة الكترونياً كما يتبع الباحث في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض التحديات التي تواجه التعليم الالكتروني لعلم المحاسبة من خلال الدراسة التطبيقية ومن خلال ما سبق يمكن التوصل الي مضامين توحي بأهم التحديات الفنية المتمثلة في ضعف الشبكة وسبل التواصل العلمي من خلال برامج الكونفيرس والتحديات التي تواجه معلم المادة من صعوبة الجهد المبذول في ضبط وادراة الكم الهائل من الطلاب في ان واحد وصعوبة الشرح العلمي للمادة المحاسبية الكترونياً وصعوبة التدوين العلمي للمحاسبة الكترونياً وصعوبة اجراء العمليات المحاسبية مشاركة مع الطلاب وبذل الجهد الكثير في تجهيز المادة المحاسبية الكترونيا وصعوبة توفر الادوات الالكترونية لاستخدامها في التدريس المحاسبي وصغر شاشات الحاسوب مما يسبب خلط في قراءة القيم والاعداد المالية وتعليق البرامج التعليمية وانقطاع النت اثناء المحاضرة يؤدى الي ربك في توصيل المعلومة المحاسبية تعتبر من أهم العقبات في مجال تعليم المحاسبة الكترونياً، كما يوصي الباحث الجهات التعليمية بعد الورش والدورات التاهيلية التي تسهم في انجاح عملية التعليم الالكتروني. الكلمات المفتاحية: التعليم الالكتروني، علم المحاسبة، عضو هيئة تدريس طالب علم المحاسبة.
