الاستراتيجية الأمنية الجزائرية في حل نزاعات منطقة الساحل الإفريقي

الملخص
يشكل نشاط المجموعات المسلحة في منطقة الساحل تحديات خطيرة على الأمن الوطني الجزائري، و مع أزمة الطوارق منذ فترة طويلة كتحدي ثابت و متوقع بسبب تأثيراته المحتملة على الأراضي الجزائرية، لتضاف متغيرات جديدة إلى مجموعة التهديدات بالمنطقة كالإرهاب العابر للحدود وعبر الوطني ضف إلى هشاشة المبنى الداخلي لدول الساحل الإفريقي و دينامية انتقال التهديدات، كل هذا يضع القضايا الأمنية الجزائرية في إشكالية كبيرة فيما يتعلق بهذه المنطقة الأكثر تعقيدا. فإذا كان من القبول القول أن مكافحة الإرهاب تقدم فرصة للجزائر نحو تأكيد نفسها كلاعب رئيسي و في الوقت نفسه فرصة للتعريف على دورها للمجتمع الدولي، فإن إدراج الساحل في ظل هذه الإستراتيجية الشاملة يحمل قيودا جديدة. كلمات مفتاحية: الساحل الإفريقي.، الإستراتيجية الأمنية الجزائرية.، الأمن.، مكافحة الإرهاب. Abstract: The activity of armed groups in the Sahel region poses serious challenges to the Algerian national security, and with the Tuareg crisis for a long time as a constant and expected challenge due to its potential effects on Algerian lands, so new variables are added to the group of threats in the region, such as cross-border and transnational terrorism added to the fragility of the internal building of countries of the Sahel and the dynamism of the transmission of threats, all of this puts Algerian security issues very problematic in relation to this more complex region. If it is acceptable to say that fighting terrorism offers an opportunity for Algeria to assert itself as a major player and at the same time an opportunity to familiarize itself with its role for the international community, then the inclusion of the Sahel in light of this comprehensive strategy carries new and contradictory restrictions.
