الطب الاستعماري الفرنسي بقبائل بولمان المغربية خلال فترة الحماية (1912- 1956)

الملخص
ركزت السياسة الصحية الفرنسية بالمغرب خلال فترة الحماية – إلى جانب المحافظة على سلامة وحياة الفرنسيين والأجانب المقيمين، وتوفير وسائل الوقاية والعلاج لهم- على إرساء الخدمات الصحية ذات الطابع البراغماتي، بغية توفير الشروط الموضوعية للاختراق السلمي من جهة، واستغلال اليد العاملة المغربية والاستفادة منها في المشاريع الاقتصادية الاستعمارية داخل البلاد من جهة أخرى، وفي الوقت ذاته إظهار فرنسا بمظهر المتوفق الحضاري، كما حرصت هذه السياسة الطبية الكولونيالية أيضا على ضمان بيئة سليمة تكفل للاستعمار ظروفا صحية تساعد على الاحتلال أولا، واستغلال موارد البلاد المتنوعة ثانيا. During the protectorate period, the French health policy focused on- besides to preserving the safety and life of french and foreignes resident, and providing the means of prevention and treatment for them- establishing such pragmatic health seuices, in order to maintain objective conditions for a peaceful breaking through one one hand, and for exploitin g moroccan workforce and taking advantadges from the colonial economic projects in the country on the other hand. Mesnwhile, presenting France as the super civilized, Also this colonial health policy made sure to guarantee an appropriate environment that could ensure healthy circonstances which helps occupation in first place, and exploiting the diverse resources of the country secondly.
