االبحث العلمي وقضايا التنمية الاجتماعية في الجزائر. دراسة استطلاعية لآراء الأساتذة بقسم علم الاجتماع -جامعة تبسة-

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع البحث العلمي الجامعي في الجزائر وعلاقته بالتنمية الاجتماعية، من خلال استطلاع رأي عينة من الأساتذة الباحثين، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أجريت الدراسة الاستطلاعية باستخدام المنهج الوصفي على عينة تتكون من (35) أستاذ باحث بقسم علم الاجتماع بجامعة تبسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهمية مخرجات البحث العلمي في عملية التنمية الاجتماعية رغم وجود قطيعة على مستوى التطبيق ضعف الارتباط بين الأبحاث العلمية المنجزة وأهداف التنمية الاجتماعية، انجاز البحوث العلمية لا يتم وفق متطلبات التنمية، وهذا راجع لعدة معوقات أهمها غياب ثقافة التعاون مع القطاعات الأخرى، غياب التواصل مع المؤسسات وتم اقتراح عدد من الحلول أهمها تثمين جهود الأساتذة الباحثين، غرس وبث ثقافة الجامعة المنتجة. This study comes to describe the reality of scientific research in Algerian universities, through the presentation and diagnosis of stages of development of This study aims at recognizing the reality of university scientific research in Algeria and relationship to social development by exploring the views of a sample of researching teachers, to achieve this goal an exploratory study was conducted using the descriptive method an a sample consisting of (35) research teacher in the department sociology at the university of tebessa. The study concluded the importance of the outputs of scientific research in the process of social development despite the existence of a rupture at the level of application, the weak link between scientific research carried out and the goals of social development the completion of scientific research in not according to the requirements of development. This is due to several obstacles, the most important of which is the absence of a culture of cooperation with other sectors, the absence of communication with institutions.
