ظاهرة تأنيث الفقر في الدول العربية:الأسباب وكيفية المواجهة - رؤية تحليلية سوسيولوجية -

الملخص
أضحى الفقر الفئوي يمثل أحد أشكال الفقر الذي يميز المجتمعات الحديثة ،لاسيما فقر النساء أو ما يعرف بظاهرة تأنيث الفقر وحسب بعض الدراسات فان عدد النساء الفقيرات في تنام مستمر-في الآونة الأخيرة- مما أبدى العديد من المهتمين تخوفهم من هذه القضية التي أصبحت تنذر بالخطر لما تحمله من مخاطر على هذه المجتمعات ، خاصة وأن المرأة تمثل نصف المجتمع. ولقد انصبت جل اهتمامات الباحثين حول البحث عن الأسباب الكامنة خلف انتشار هذه الظاهرة وبالأخص في الدول العربية والتي ارتبطت بتغيرات الحاصلة في البناء الاجتماعي والثقافي، والهيكل الاقتصادي، فأثرت بشكل سلبي على النساء وتدهورت أوضاعهن المعيشية وازدادت سوءا؛ فبالتالي أصبح التصدي لهذه الظاهرة ضرورة اجتماعية تقوم على تمكين المرأة وبناء قدراتها من أجل مساعدتها للخروج من الفقر، أو عدم الوقوع فيه. فالوصول إلى التنمية الحقيقية يعتمد بالدرجة الأولى على الاهتمام بالمرأة وقضاياها. وعلى اثر ذلك سوف نحاول في هذا المقال أن نتطرق إلى أبرز القضايا التي أثيرت حول ظاهرة تأنيث الفقر وأسبابها وطرق مواجهتها. Class poverty has become one of the forms of poverty that characterizes modern societies, especially the poverty of women or what is known as the phenomenon of feminization of poverty. According to some studies, the number of poor women is constantly growing , in recent times ,which made many interested people express their concern of this issue, that has become alarming to what It carries risks from these societies, especially since women represent half of society. The majority of researchers' interests focused on searching for the reasons behind the spread of this phenomenon, especially in the Arab countries, which were linked to changes in the social and cultural construction, and the economic structure, and it negatively affected women and their living conditions deteriorated and worsened; therefore, addressing this phenomenon has become a social necessity based on Empowering women and building their capabilities in order to help them to get out of poverty, or not to falling to it, and reaching real development depends primarily on caring for women and their issues. thus, we will try in this paper to address the most prominent issues that have been raised about the phenomenon of the feminization of poverty, its causes and ways to face it.
