ظاهرة الزعامة الرمزية في المجتمعات التقليدية

الملخص

إن لكل التجمعات البشرية بناء اجتماعي يميزها لذلك تتجلى في كل نمط اجتماعي بنية خاصة للحكم تتمثل في المجتمعات التقليدية بظاهرة الزعامة، أو الشخصية الكاريزمية التي تعمل كجهاز سلطوي يدير شؤونها الاجتماعية وتعمل على الحفاظ على البنية الثقافية بما يحفظ هوية هاته المجتمعات. فالشخصية الكاريزمية للحاكم شأنها شأن الطقوسي تتحلى بفاعلية المقدس، بأهليتها بطبيعتها واستتارها، بتنظيمها العلاقات البشرية، إذ تعتمد الزعامة على ولاء المتبوعين والأعراف والأساطير السائدة لديمومة حكمها وهذه السلطة هي التي تقرر في الشؤون السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية. فوظيفة الزعامة ملازمة لوجود الجماعة ذاتها. والهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تبيين دور ظاهرة الزعامة في المجتمعات التقليدية، وما توصلنا اليه من نتائج هو أن الزعامة ظاهرة متجذرة في كل المجتمعات التقليدية وملازمة لوجودها، وأن لها دور تنظيمي لشؤون المجتمع التقليدي. All human groupings have a social structure that distinguishes them. Therefore, each social pattern has a special structure for governance that is represented in traditional societies by the phenomenon of leadership or charismatic personality that works as an authoritarian apparatus that manages its social affairs and works to preserve the cultural structure in a manner that preserves the identity of these societies. The charismatic figure of the ruler, like the ritual, is efficacious with the efficacy of the sacred, with its capacity in nature and its veil, by organizing human relations, as the leadership relies on the loyalty of the followers and the prevailing norms and myths for the perpetuation of its rule and this authority is decided in political, social, economic and cultural affairs. The leadership function is inherent to the existence of the group itself. The aim of this study is to show the role of leadership in traditional societies, and our results are that leadership is a phenomenon rooted in all traditional societies and inherent to its existence, and that it has an organizational role for traditional community affairs.
