الملخص
ملخص: المركب الجامعي بجندوبة: من عامل تنمية إلى مظهر تأزم تتركز التجهيزات والخدمات الجامعية في تونس الكبرى وفي مدن سوسة والمنستير وصفاقس. لقد تم بعث مركب جامعي بمدينة جندوبة في إطار سياسة الحد من المركزية الجامعية. إلا أننا تبينا أن المركب الجامعي، كأمثاله من المركبات الجامعية التي وقع إحداثها في مدن داخلية، لم يساهم إلا في التخفيف من حدة المركزية الجامعية. كما أدى التركيز على هدف اللامركزية الجامعية دون مراعاة جودة الخدمات المساندة إلى عدم قدرة المركب الجامعي على استقطاب الأساتذة خاصة من صنف "أ" (أساتذة محاضرون وأساتذة تعليم عال) والطلبة المتفوقين. رغم محدودية دوره في الحد من المركزية الجامعية وفشله في أن يكون قطبا جامعيا إقليميا، كان للمركب الجامعي أثرا إيجابيا نسبيا في مدينة جندوبة. فقد ساهم في تشكيل مركز ثانوي في حي طرفي وتدعيمه مما خلق دينامية فيه. ABSTRACT: The university complex of the city of Jendouba: from a development factor to an aspect of crisis University facilities and services are concentrated in Greater Tunis and in the cities of Sousse, Monastir and Sfax. A university complex has been created in the city of Jendouba as part of the policy of reducing university centralization. However, we found that the university complex, like these similar ones created in cities located in the interior regions, only helped to mitigate the strong university centralization. In fact, focusing on the goal of university decentralization without taking into account the quality of support services has left the university campus unable to attract teachers, especially category “A” teachers (Lecturers and professors) and brilliant students. Despite its limited role in reducing university centralization and its failure to be a regional university pole, the university complex has a relatively positive impact on the city of Jendouba. It contributes to the formation and consolidation of a secondary center in a peripheral district and it generates dynamism within the district.
