الملخص
Sheikh El Guentouri’s Doctrinal sentences calamity In recent times, researches were oriented towards writings a Doctrinal sentences an calamity to unveil the economic and social situation of societies throughout history including sheikh and scholar Guentouri’s sentences on disaster. He is from the Touat region and lived in 12th century/H 18th century He was considered as a scholar wherever he went spreading knowledge in Touat as well in Egypt and elsewhere. He was the First who closed all calamities in Touat which raised several question among natives. He contributed in giving accurate solution much the habus and waqf and sales contracts. The sheikh stood against injustice and judges inequity towards natives, He strongly believed in preaching justice of sharia law and Malikite Doctrine in Algeria.
