The study of the history of Algeria to talk and try to configure the correct idea of itrequires us to draw a clearpicture of the variousfields of political and economic life, social and cultural rights, the history of Algeriaduring the Ottoman periodisstilluncertain in manyways as mostscholars have focusedonly on the politicalside, while the thescientific aspect, whichis the construction of any building or column state minus a need to furtherstudy and research.
