الملخص
Some researchers were been exposed to the process of burning the revival book (Kitāb Ihya) that Morocco knew during the rule of Marabouts. And the relationship of this with the philosophical concepts and religious sectarianism , nevertheless the researchers did not really give importance to the social side and its role in the debate about the concept of Sufism ; its synonyms, terminologies and philosophy. And perhaps the well known Moroccan legal-opinions (Fatwah) in the critic of the revival book did not include ,mostly, only verbal Islamic and behavioural signs. Yet, we barely find those social signs . In the other hand, the Fatwah of Abū Zakriya Ezanātī that we have here an image this missing side even though it included lot of philosophical and fundamentalist meanings in which some personal purposes have emerged and this can be attributed to its owner who is emotional in his connection to Allah The Almighty. Also, without forgetting another side in the conflict at this phase and which is the war between Zinata and Sinhadja and its religious, social and political branches . We will thus try to give a portrait of this situation according to the Fatwah of Abū Zakriya yahya ben Abī Amlūl ben ušayra Ezanātī (Ezanātī tribe) we will provide and extract two copies or versions of the Fatwah . they are as follow : - A copy of Escorial library numerated Ms. árabe 1130 and it is under groups which occupies papers 115 face to 188 back entitled : “Kitāb intiṣār al imām Ezanātī li Abi ḥāmid lima fī al ihya min Klāmin salīm “ . The number of its papers is six (06) , its number of lines 45 and has dimensions 210 X 297 mm (according to the characteristics of photography given by the library ) with a black ink. - A copy of the public treasury at Rabat numerated K251 and it is under groups which occupies papers 154 face till 169 back , its number of lines 27 and has dimensions 206 X 301 mm (according to the characteristics of photography given by the library ) written in a black and red ink. And there are other comments entitled : (intisār Ezanātī li Abi Hāmid Al Ġazālī) .
