أثر سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية على إدارة المعرفة (المشاركة والاستعمال): دراسة حالة جامعة الأغواط

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة لبحث أثر سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية ببعديه (سلوك المواطنة اتجاه الفرد وسلوك المواطنة اتجاه المنظمة) على إدارة المعرفة (التشارك والاستعمال) لدى عينة من أساتذة جامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير نموذج بالاستناد إلى بعض الدراسات السابقة. بلغت عينة الدراسة 143 أستاذا دائما من مختلف كليات الجامعة. توصلت الدراسة إلى بعض النتائج أهمها: وجود أثر معنوي دال احصائيا بين سلوك المواطنة ببعديه وإدارة المعرفة. كما أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية ضمن استراتيجية الجامعة، إضافة إلى توفير المناخ الملائم من أجل نشر وتبادل المعرفة. The study aims to investigate the impact of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in two dimensions (citizenship behavior towards the individual (OCBI) and the citizenship behavior towards the organization (OCBO)) on knowledge sharing and knowledge applying among a sample of teachers of Laghouat university. To achieve the objectives of the study, questionnaires have been distributed to a large population of permanent stuff, but only 143 teachers from different faculties of the university had replied to our survey. The study reached some results; the most important is as follows: there is a significant statistical effect between OCBI and OCBO on knowledge management. The study also recommended the strengthening of OCB within the university’s strategy; in addition to providing an appropriate environment for dissemination and exchanging knowledge.
