الملخص
The objective of the treaty of the Summam is exactly the same as the one of the declaration of the 1st November. It has shown the Algerian people felt really concerned by it but this wasn't the cause of the political leaders and the military ones which points of view differed. This conflict was shown when some decisions weren't approved by the two hands and this was more obvious after the independence. Although this discord, the leaders managed to create a popular conscience that make people adopt this cause.
