الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تبيان حقيقة المواطنة في الإسلام من خلال وثيقة المدينة على صاحبها أزكى الصلاة والسلام، من خلال إظهار ماهيتها ونطاقها وما تحمله هذه الوثيقة من مسائل تربط الفرد بالدولة، وتعتبر هذه الوثيقة المذكورة أول عقد اجتماعي في تاريخ البشرية جمعاء نظرا لما احتوته من بنود شملت جميع مناحي الحياة، فهي تعد تجربة يحتذى بها وتجربة رائدة لمجتمع تتعدد فيه الأعراق والشرائع، فهي تعتبر أول وثيقة دستورية أكدت على جملة من القيم والمفاهيم كانت الأسس للتعايش السلمي في المجتمع المدني. This research paper aims to clarify the reality of citizenship in Islam through the Medina Document on its owner, the most exalted prayers and peace, by demonstrating its nature, scope, and the issues this document bears of the issues that bind the individual to the state, and this document mentioned is considered the first social contract in the history of all mankind due to what it contains Articles covering all aspects of life, as it is considered an emulated experience and a pioneering experience for a multi-ethnic and religious society, as it is considered the first constitutional document that affirmed a set of values and concepts that were the foundations for peaceful coexistence in civil society.
