التعليم الإلكتروني: الإيجابيات والسلبيات

الملخص
يعتبر التعليم الإلكتروني نظامٌ حديثٌ للتعليم باستخدام وسائلِ الاتصال الحديثة وشبكة الأنترنت والوسائط المتعدّدة، وتركز ايجابياته في الغالب على إيصالِ المعلومة بأقصر وقت وأقلّ جهد وأكبر فائدة. لكن الرغم من أن التعلم الإلكتروني قد يبدو كأداة تعليمية متاحة لأي شخص إلا أنه في الواقع ليس لكل الأشخاص في الجزائر يتمتعون بإمكانية وصول مستقرة للإنترنت وأجهزة كمبيوتر قوية بما يكفي لدعم البث عبر الإنترنت، كما أن بعضهم يجد صعوبة في إتقان جميع أحدث التقنيات. جاءت هذه الدراسة لتلقي الضوء على مفهوم التعليم الإلكتروني ، وتبيان إيجابياته وسلبياته. ومدى استفادة الجزائر من هذا النوع من التعليم. E- learning is a modern system of education using modern communication, the Internet and multimedia, and its benefits are mostly focused on communicating information with the shortest time, minimum effort and greatest benefit. However, although e-learning may seem like an educational tool available to anyone, not everyone in Algeria has stable access to the Internet and computers that are strong enough to support Internet broadcasting. Some also find it difficult to master all the latest technologies. The study came to highlight the concept of e-learning and to explain its positive and negative aspects.
