الملخص
هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لأخلاقيات الصحافة الاستقصائية في أراضي السلطة الفلسطينية في ضوء واقع ممارسة الصحفي الاستقصائي الفلسطيني، وهو في إطار البحوث الاستكشافية، واعتمد على أداتي الملاحظة والمقابلة، وارتكز على نظريتي المسئولية الاجتماعية وحارس البوابة، وجاء التصور في النقاط التالية: الغاية لا تبرر الوسيلة، النجاح لا يمر بانتهاك الأخلاق، الحرية مقيدة بالمسئولية الاجتماعية، صدق المعلومات ومهنية المعالجات، امتلاك الوعي القانوني، استحضار خصوصية المجتمع الفلسطيني، مراعاة أهداف المؤسسات الإعلامية الأجنبية، الابتعاد عن سيطرة الانتماء الحزبي، والحذر من التوظيف الأمني المقصود. The study aimed at proposing a paradigm for ethics of the investigative journalism in the Palestinian territories based on the actual practice of the Palestinian investigative journalists. In the framework of the exploratory research, the researcher adopted interview and observation as tools of methodology. The author relied on two theatrical bases: Social Responsibility, and Gatekeeping. The paradigm included the following: the end does not justify the means, success is not achieved by ethics' violation, freedom is restricted by social responsibility, and confidential information and professional processing are necessary. In addition, the paradigm recommends obtaining a legal understanding, taking into account the privacy of the Palestinian society, and the objectives of the foreign media institutions. Moreover, Stay away from the Party affiliation dominance as well as paying attention to the intentional security exploitation.
