الملخص
The reality of education in the Medieval Maghreb through the Nawazil of El Wancharisi. The Abu Abbas Ahmad bin Yahya El Wancharisi was one of the most famoust of fikh El Maliki. The Islamic Nation profited of his lessons and his fatawi during his live and after his death it could learn from his disciples and his pieces of work especially those related to « El Nawazil El Fiqhiya » like El Mi˓ar. He pointed in his book to a lot of Nawazil that concerned different fields. As for as the cultural field is concerned, he disclosed the reality of teaching in the Medieval Maghreb in his time, pointing to the different forms of educational institution like Quranic schools, Mosques, Schools and Zaouias. He demonstrated the duty of the Teachers’ and the conditions of learning of the pupils. In the same way the Author of the book insisted on the debate that took place between the different scholars and some families like Okbani and Marazika make appeared brilliant Ulemas recognized all over the world.
