الملخص

In the 12the century, Abd al-Mu'min Ibn Ali (1094–1163) established the Almohads State in the Islamic Maghreb, the spiritual leader of this politico-religious movement Ibn Toumert (1080–1130) preached for a new doctrinal school among the Berbers most of them Mliki followers. The opposition of the Maliki scholars was not very clear in the early period. By the rule of the 3rd Caliph, Abū Ya‘qūb Yūsuf; (1135 – 1184), and the revolt of Banu Ghaniya, some of the Maliki scholars shown their opposition to the movement of Ibn Tumert known as Monotheism /Unitarianism (Tawhid). According to my historical enquiry, the most of the Maliki scholars of the central Maghreb (Algeria) were powering the Almohads Caliphate because they participated in the administration system such as education, legislation system and mosques management...
