الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة موضوع المستقبل الكتروني لإدارة الموارد البشرية تأكيدا على أهمية رقمنة الإدارة عموما وإدارة الموارد البشرية على وجه الخصوص، بغية تحديث ممارساتها خاصة في ظل المستجدات البيئية على رأسها جائحة كورونا "كوفيد19 ". توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة اعتبار رقمنة إدارة الموارد البشرية مطلبا ملحا لتعزيز فعاليتها كوظيفة إستراتيجية وتحديث ممارستها، فضلا عن آثارها الإيجابية على النواحي الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية وحتى البيئية ، كما تعد استراتيجية وتوجه حديث لمجابهة الأزمات لا سيما تلك التي تفرض في مراحلها التباعد وعدم ملازمة مكان العمل، في الأخير تبين لنا ضرورة إعادة النظر في ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية والاهتمام أكثر بالعنصر البشري في جميع الجوانب . الكلمات المفتاحية: موارد بشرية – كوفيد 19- رقمنة الإدارة. – رقمنة إدارة الموارد البشرية Abstract: This study investigates the electronic future for human resources management , emphasizing the importance of digitizing the administration in general and the management of human resources in particular in order to update its practices, especially in light of environmental developments , and the best example of the latter is the current epidemic crisis afflicting the world as a whole , namely “ covid 19 “. The study found that the digitization of human resources management should be considered an urgent requirement to enhance its effectiveness as a strategic function and update its practice , as well as its positive effects on the economic, social and environmental aspects. It is also a strategy and a modern approach to confront crises, especially those that impose in their phases distancing and not keeping to the workplace . Finally , The latter shows us that human resources practices must be reconsidered and more attention should be paid to the human factor in all aspects .
