المسؤولية الاجتماعية في ظل تفشي الأوبئة ( فيروس كوفيد19 انموذجا)

الملخص
إن الدور الأساسي الذي تلعبه الشركات كونها المصدر الرئيسي لتطور الدول و نفوذها، يحتّم عليها التحلي بالمسؤولية الأخلاقية وفقاً للمفاهيم الحديثة التي من أبرزها "المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات" التي ظهرت من أجل حماية أصحاب المصالح، و هو ما يهدف المقال لعرضه خاصة أن الأوضاع الراهنة بسبب الفيروس العالمي كوفيد19 تسبب في تدهور الاقتصاد العالمي و توقف نشاط الأسواق المالية، ما ترتب بالسلب على المجتمع؛ لذا على الشركات في إطار استراتجيتها المعدّة سلفاً إقرار بند يخص الإجراءات المتبعة في الأوبئة و الأمراض الخطيرة بغية مساعدة الحكومة في الأعمال التحفظية والوقائية و الاجتماعية، مع أنه تم التوصل إلى أن المسؤولية الإجتماعية في الجزائر نسبية لا تحقق المفهوم الفعلي لها؛ حيث كرّست الشركات مفهوم التآز و التضامن، أي تجسد البعد الانساني بشكل غالب مقارنة بباقي أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية. Abstract: The fundamental role of corporations as the primary source of the development and influence of states makes it imperative for them to assume moral responsibility in accordance with modern concepts, the most prominent of which is corporate social responsibility, which emerged to protect stakeholders, the article aims to show that current according to the situation due to the global virus Covid 19, especially in light of the deterioration of the world economy and the suspension of financial market activity, he came back negative impacte to society, what is requires companies, within the framework of their predetermined strategy, to adopt a clause regarding the procedures followed in epidemics and dangerous diseases in order to assist the government in the preventive and social procedures. Nevertheless have been found the social responsibility in Algeria is relative, therefore does not reflect the actual concept. Where companies established the concept of solidarity, that made her more likely to embody the human dimension than the other dimensions of social responsibility.
