السوق غير الشرعية للمخدرات دراسة تحليلية حسب النظرية الاقتصادية لأسباب الإدمان والتكاليف الاقتصادية

الملخص
تعتبر مشكلة المخدرات من المشاكل التي تهدد أمن واستقرار المجتمعات، ولم يسلم منها أي مجتمع على وجه المعمورة، سواء كانت مجتمعات منتجة للمخدرات أو مجتمعات مستهلكة أو مجتمعات تستعمل اراضيها كمناطق عبور. وهذا ما دفع بالعلماء من جميع الاختصاصات الاهتمام بهذه الآفة، ومحاولة تفسير دوافع التعاطي والإدمان على المخدرات، وكذلك دراسة وتحليل الأثار والأضرار التي تسببها هذه المشكلة على الفرد والمجتمع. وفي هذا الصدد اهتم علماء الاقتصاد بمشكلة المخدرات، محاولين فهم الظاهرة من منظور اقتصادي، و إبراز المشاكل والأضرار الاقتصادية التي تتسبب فيها هذه المشكلة على الدول المنتجة والمستهلكة والتي تستعمل كمناطق عبور. وعليه سنحاول في هذه الورقة إبراز وجهة نظر علماء الاقتصاد حول الدافع الاقتصادية للتعاطي والإدمان على المخدرات، والأضرار الاقتصادية لهذه الأفة على الأفراد و المجتمعات. The drug problem is considered one of the problems that threatens the security and stability of societies, and no society has escaped from it on the face of the globe, whether it is drug-producing societies, consuming societies or societies that use their lands as transit areas. This prompted scientists from all specialties to pay attention to this scourge, and to try to explain the motives for drug abuse and addiction, as well as studying and analyzing the effects and damages can this problem causes on the individual and into entire society. In this regard, economists took an interest in the drug problem, trying to understand the phenomenon from an economic perspective, and highlighting the economic problems and damages that this problem causes to producing and consuming countries that are used as transit areas. Therefore, we will try in this paper to highlight the point of view of economists on the economic motive for drug abuse, and the economic consequences of this scourge on individuals and societies.
