واقع المقاولة النسوية في الجزائر، و نماذج ناجحة عن ريادة المرأة المقاولة.

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على المعرفة العملية لهذه التجارب الرائدة في مجال الإستثمار الصناعي والتجاري بدول عربية مختلفة كالإمارات العربية المتحدة ،سلطنة عمان، الجزائر من خلال إبراز الدوافع وراء إنشاء هذه المقاولات، ودور شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية في التأثير على القدرة بالتحكم وإمتلاك المبادرة، والعلاقة القائمة بين التنمية الاقتصادية ونشاءة هذا النوع من المقاولات النسائية، بحيث سوف يتجاوز هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على الخطوات العملية التي سلكتها النساء المقاولات لأجل تحقيق أهدفهن من الإستثمار بهذه الأنشطة، إلى عرض طبيعة العلاقات الاجتماعية و منظومة القيم ذات الأثر مثل هذا النشاط. و على هذا الأساس كانت نتائج البحث من أهم أسباب نجاح هذه المقاولات النسائية مراقبة التسيير بهذه الأخيرة التي تجمع بين المراجعة و التحكم في نفس الوقت لأجل ضمان بقاءها و استمرارها ،إلى جانب الإستثمار في رأس المال البشري بشقيه التكوين، و التطبيق بصيغة أخرى مباشرة العمل الميداني. كما تجدر الإشارة من زاوية أخرى نجاح هذه التجارب في مجال نشاطها كان بفضل التصدي لعدة عقبات أو تحديات بمناخ الإستثمار. Abstract : This paper aims to highlight the practical knowledge of these pioneering experiments in the field of industrial and commercial investment in various Arab countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Algeria by highlighting the motives behind the establishment of these enterprises, and the role of the social relations network in Influencing the ability to control and own the initiative, and the relationship between economic development and the establishment of this type of women's enterprise, so that this research will go beyond highlighting the practical steps taken by women entrepreneurs in order to achieve their goal of investing in these activities, to offer The nature of social relationships and the value system that has the effect of such activity On this basis, the results of the research were one of the most important reasons for the success of these women's enterprises management control in the latter, which combines auditing and control at the same time in order to ensure their survival and continuity, in addition to investing in human capital in both configuration, and application in another form directly working Field. It should also be noted from another point of view that the success of these experiments in their field of activity has been due to the response to several obstacles or challenges in the climate. Résumé: Ce document vise à mettre en évidence les connaissances pratiques de ces expériences pionnières dans le domaine de l’investissement industriel et commercial dans divers pays arabes tels que les Émirats arabes unis, Oman et l’Algérie en soulignant les motivations de la création de ces entreprises, et le rôle du réseau de relations sociales dans Influençant la capacité de contrôler et de posséder l’initiative, et la relation entre le développement économique et la création de ce type d’entreprise féminine, afin que cette recherche va au-delà de mettre en évidence les mesures pratiques prises par les femmes entrepreneurs afin d’atteindre leur objectif d’investir dans ces activités, d’offrir La nature des relations sociales et le système de valeurs qui a l’effet d’une telle activité. Sur cette base, les résultats de la recherche ont été l’une des raisons les plus importantes du succès du contrôle de gestion de ces entreprises féminines dans cette dernière, qui combine l’audit et le contrôle en même temps afin d’assurer leur survie et leur continuité, en plus d’investir dans le capital humain dans la configuration, et l’application sous une autre forme de travail direct Champ. Il convient également de noter d’un autre point de vue que le succès de ces expériences dans leur domaine d’activité est dû à la réponse à plusieurs obstacles ou défis climatiques
