الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الهيكل المالي على ربحية البنوك التجارية دراسة حالة بنك سوستي جنرال الجزائر خلال الفترة (2005-2014) ، وتنبع أهمية هذه الدراسة من الهدف الأساسي الذي تسعى إليه البنوك التجارية وهو تعظيم ربحيتها ومن أهمية القرارات المالية المتعلقة باختيار تركيبة الهيكل المالي في البنوك التجارية . ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام أسلوب الانحدار البسيط والارتباط لاختبار الفرضيات . توصلت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى وجود أثر للهيكل المالي على ربحية البنك محل الدراسة، حيث تم التوصل أن الهيكل المالي المقاس بنسبة إجمالي الديون على إجمالي الموجودات له تأثير إيجابي على ربحية البنك المقاسة بنسبة العائد على الموجودات ونسبة العائد على حقوق الملكية من خلال الاستفادة من المزايا الضريبية التي توفرها الديون . الكلمات المفتاحية: هيكل مالي، بنك، رأس مال ممتلك، مديونية، ربحية. Abstract : The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the financial structure on the profitability of commercial banks A Case study of society General Algeria over the period2005-2014 ,The importance of this study comes from primary objective of the commercial banks, which is to maximize the profitability and from the importance of the financial decisions regarding the selection of the composition of the financial structure in commercial banks. To achieve the objectives of this study we used simple regression and correlation method to test hypotheses.The resluts of this study there is impact of the financial structure on the bank's profitability, which was reached that the financial structure measured by total debt to total assets has a positive effect on the profitability of the bank measured with return on assets and return on equity by taking advantage of tax benefits provided the debt.
