مستقبل الجزائر في مجال استخدام الطاقة المتجددة كبديل للنفط

الملخص

مع الانخفاض المفاجئ والمستمر منذ أشهر لأسعار النفط، يعاني الاقتصاد الجزائري من أزمة، الشيء الذي انعكس سلبا على المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية. وهذا بدوره سيؤثر لا محالة على تنفيذ مختلف البرامج التنموية التي انتهجتها الدولة من جهة للقضاء على مختلف المشاكل المرتبطة بالتنمية المستدامة، ومن جهة أخرى لبناء اقتصاد متنوع يسمح بالتخلص من التبعية للمحروقات.وتشير التوقعات إلى أن الطاقات المتجددة ستلعب دورا متزايدا في المستقبل، وعليه فإن الجزائر ستلجأ إلى الطاقات المتجددة والتي من شأنها دون شك أن تلعب دورا رياديا في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة لاقتصادها، لذا نجد أنها قد بدأت تواكب التحولات الاقتصادية في هذا المجال وذلك من خلال الجهود المبذولة التي تصب مجملها في تجسيد مشاريع لإنتاج الطاقات المتجددة. الكلمات المفتاحية: قطاع المحروقات، الطاقة الشمسية، الاستثمارات الأجنبية. Abstract: With the sudden and continuous decline of oil prices months ago, Algeria’s economy is suffering from the crisis, something that reflected negatively on the macro-economic indicators. This in turn will inevitably affect the implementation of various development programs pursued by the state on the hand to eliminate the various problems related to sustainable development, on the other hand to build a diversified economy allows to get rid of dependence on fuel. Expectations indicate that renewable energies will play an increasing role in the future, and therefore Algeria will tend to adopt renewable energies that will undoubtedly play a leading role in the sustainable development of its economy, so we find that they have begun to keep pace with economic changes in this area, through the efforts flowing in its entirety to carry out projects for the production of renewable energies. keywords: The hydrocarbon sector, solar energy, foreign investment
