الحوسبة السحابة كآلية لتفعيل التعليم الالكتروني في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائري _ ما بين الحتمية والخيار_

الملخص
حديثا وعلى الصعيد العالمي تم الاعتراف بأهمية وكفاءة توظيف الحوسبة السحابية في الأنشطة التعليمية والإدارية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي التي تسعى إلى تبسيط العملية التعليمية، من خلال توفير أحدث التجارب في مجال التعليم بغض النظر عن العتاد الذي يستخدمونه للانتفاع خصيصا بالمضمون المعني، لذلك ومن أجل تحقيق نجاح التعليم الإلكتروني تستخدم المؤسسات التعليمية نظم قياس طورت لقياس فعالية حلول التعليم الإلكتروني بناءا على الحوسبة السحابة؛ في ختام هذه الورقة البحثية توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: استخدام المؤسسات الجامعية للتعليم الالكتروني والحوسبة السحابية يساهم في توجيه الطلبة إلى الاستفادة الايجابية من عالم الرقمنة الذي أصبح شغلهم الشاغل هذا من جهة، ويساهم في جذبهم وتنمية دوافعهم الذاتية نحو العلم والتعلم من جهة أخرى؛ لا يمكن إلغاء دور الأستاذ في التعليم الإلكتروني بل يصبح دوره أكثر أهمية وصعوبة، إذ يصبح مديرا للمشروع البحثي وناقد وموجها لطلبته؛ يحصل المستخدم للحوسبة السحابية على خدمة تتيح له تخزين بياناته كلها خارج نطاق جهاز حاسوبه الشخصي، كما يمكنه مشاركة ملفاته مع عدد كبیر من المستخدمین فكلهم يشاركون نفس الملف مما يقلل من استهلاك مساحات التخزين؛ الانتقال إلى التعليم الالكتروني يعتمد على خطوات متسلسلة تبدأ بتحويل رؤية المؤسسة الجامعية، يليها اعتماد ثقافة التغيير، بعد ذلك تغيير نموذج التكلفة، فبدء الأعمال في السحابة، وأخيرا تتبع عملية التقدم. Recently, at the global level, it has been recognized that employing cloud computing is very important and effective in the educational and administrative activities of higher education institutions that simplify education, through providing students with updated and continuous learning experiences regardless of the equipments they use to benefit from of the relevant content, and in order to to achieve e-learning success, educational institutions use measurement systems developed to measure the effectiveness of e-learning solutions based on cloud computing. At the conclusion of this research paper, we reached a number of results, and the most important of which are: The use of e-learning and cloud computing by university institutions helps to guide students to take a positive advantage from the digitized world, which has become their main concern on the one hand, attracting them and helping them to develop their own motivation for science and learning; The role of the professor in e-learning cannot be canceled, but his role becomes more important and difficult, as he becomes the leader and the director of the research project, the criticizer and the guider of his students; The cloud computing user gets a service that allows him to store all his data outside of his personal computer, and he can share his files with a large number of users , they all share the same file which reduces the consumption of storage space; Moving to e-learning depends on sequential steps that begin with transforming the university institution vision, followed by adopting a culture of change, then changing the cost model, starting the business in the cloud, and finally following the progress process.
