الملخص
لقد غزت الوسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة العالم اليوم سواءا على الصعيدين الدولي أو الوطني وبفضلها أصبح العالم اليوم قرية صغيرة، نظرا لسهولة استخدامها وتوفيرها للوقت وحمايتها لحقوق وحريات الافراد، ومن أهم القطاعات التي مستها هذه النهضة العالمية قطاع العدالة حيث حاولت الدول الاستفادة من هذه التكنولوجيا لترقية القطاع ورقمنة إدارته، وقد سعت الجزائر إلى تطبيق هذه الإدارة الإلكترونية في قطاع العدالة ومحاولة التخلص من الإدارة التقليدية الورقية لتواكب التطور السائر في العالم. تندرج أهمية الدراسة في تحديد أهم الإنجازات المحققة في قطاع العدالة إثر إدخال الوسائل الإلكترونية الحديثة إليها، سواء في وزارة العدل بصورة عامة أو مديرية إصلاح السجون وإعادة الإدماج بصورة خاصة. Modern technology has conquered the world today, whether at the international or national levels, thanks to it the world has become today a small village, due to its ease of use, saving time and protection of the rights and freedoms of individuals, and one of the most important sectors affected by this global renaissance is the justice sector, as countries tried to take advantage of this technology to upgrade the sector and digitalize His administration, Algeria has sought to implement this electronic administration in the justice sector and try to get rid of the traditional paper-based administration to keep pace with the progress in the world. The importance of the study lies in identifying the most important achievements in the justice sector, following the introduction of modern electronic means to it, whether in the Ministry of Justice in general or the Prison Reform and Reintegration Directorate in particular.
