مَوَارِدُ تَحْقِيْق وَتَوْثِيْق الكتاب وعُنْوَانه بَيْنَ اَلْقَوَاعِد اَلْنَّظَرِيَةِ وَاَلْتَّطْبِيقِيَة نسْبةُ بعْض المخْطُوْطات (الكتب) إلى ابن قيِّم الجوْزية خطأً- نمُوذجًا-

الملخص
تَحْقِيْق وَتَوْثِيْق الكتاب وعُنْوَانه: من أهم المحطات التي يمر بها المحقق، لذا إذا أخلّ بذلك أو أخطأ فيه؛ كان محل انتقاد عليه؛ لما ينبني من تزوير في نسبة كتاب لمؤلف آخر، أو تسمية الكتاب بغير اسمه، والواقع يثبت أنَّ هناك تصحيفات في عناوين بعض المخطوطات ونسبتها لمؤلفيها. وانطلاقا من سفر ماتع عشته في مرحلة الماجستير التي كانت بعنوان "جهود ابن القيم في تأويل مشكل الحديث" وما قيّدته في تلك المرحلة، رأيت أنّ بعضه جدير بالنشر لحصول الإفادة، ومن أهمها نسبة بعض المحققين مخطوطات لابن قيم الجوزية خطأ، وهذا ممّا لا يعقل تغافله؛ لأنّ نسبة الكتاب إلى غير صاحبه هو تَوهيم المتلقي بآراء ومذاهب ليس له، بل وفي ذلك إخلال بالأمانة العلمية، ونسبة الجهود لغير أصحابها. لذا وجب على المحقق التنبه إلى أساليب صيانة عناوين المخطوطات من التّصحيف والتّحريف، أو من التبديل والتغيير. Abstract in English: Investigating and documenting the book and its title: It is one of the most important milestones that the investigator goes through, so if he breaks that or makes a mistake. It was criticized; What is based on falsification in attributing a book to another author, or naming the book without its name, and the reality proves that there are corrections in the titles of some manuscripts and attributing them to their authors. And based on a book that I lived during the Masters stage, which was entitled: “Ibn al-Qayyim’s Efforts in Interpreting the Problem of Hadith” and what restricted it at that stage, I saw that some of it is worthy of publication in order for the testimony to be obtained, and the most important of which is the proportion of some of the investigators or translators manuscripts by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, and this is wrong. Do not make sense to be overlooked; Because attributing a book to someone other than its owner is delusional delusion of the recipient with opinions and doctrines that he does not have, and rather a breach of scholarly integrity, and the proportion of efforts to other than its owners.
