الملخص
إن موضوع التنمية المستدامة هو المحور الشاغل للاقتصاديات العالمية والإقليمية، حيث يكتسي أهمية بالغة على الصعيد الدولي والإقليمي والمحلي، وقد كرس مؤتمر قمة الأرض في البرازيل سنة1992 للمشاكل المتصلة بالبيئة، وشدد على الأهمية البالغة للتنمية المستدامة باعتبارها عنصرا أساسيا في الجهود المبذولة لتحقيق الرفاهية الاقتصادية، ويرتبط مفهوم التنمية المستدامة ارتباطا وثيقا بمفهوم آخر هو المسؤولية الاجتماعية، والتي تعني تطبيق التنمية الاجتماعية المستدامة من خلال المؤسسات عن طريق دمج الاهتمامات الاجتماعية والبيئية في عملياتها التجارية. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم جوانب الارتباط بين مفهومي المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية والتنمية المستدامة لتسليط الضوء على دور البعد الاجتماعي لتلك المؤسسات لتحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية والبيئية بهدف الوصول إلى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة مع الإشارة إلى تجربة دولة قطر في هذا المجال. The theme of sustainable development is the central focus of global and regional economies, which is of great importance at the international, regional and local levels. The Earth Summit of Brazil in 1992 devoted to environment-related problems and stressed the critical importance of sustainable development as an essential element in efforts to achieve economic well-being, The concept of sustainable development is closely linked to another concept of social responsibility, which means the application of sustainable social development through institutions by integrating social and environmental concerns into their business processes. This study aims to highlight the most important aspects of the correlation between the concepts of social responsibility of economic companies and sustainable development to highlight the role of the social dimension of these companies to achieve social, economic and environmental development in order to achieve sustainable development with reference to the experience of the State of Qatar in this field. Le thème du développement durable est au centre des préoccupations des économies mondiales et régionales, qui revêtent une grande importance aux niveaux international, régional et local. Le concept de développement durable est étroitement lié à un autre concept celui de responsabilité sociale, ce qui signifie l'application du développement social durable par le biais d'institutions en intégrant des préoccupations sociales et environnementales dans leurs processus opérationnels. Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence les aspects les plus importants de la corrélation entre les concepts de responsabilité sociale des entreprises économiques et de développement durable et à souligner le rôle de la dimension sociale de ses entreprises dans la réalisation du développement social, économique et environnemental afin de parvenir au développement durable en se référant à l'expérience de l'État du Qatar dans ce domaine.
