الملخص
ملخص: يعالج هذا المقال الوضع العام لتأسيس المشروع التربوي في الجزائر، وتسليط الضوء على الظروف، التي تزامنت وتأسيسه والمتمثلة في جملة من المعوقات الاجتماعية و التنظيمية وما أرتبط منها بصياغة الأهداف العامة للمؤسسة التربوية المستمدة من الإيديولوجية العامة للدولة وانعكاسات مختلف الأوضاع على أداء المنظومة التربوية. ويتطرق المقال أيضا إلى مختلف الإصلاحات التي عرفتها المنظومة و التي تهدف إلى تدارك الوضع و تقليص المشاكل التي يعاني منها القطاع، فخلال مشروعها الإصلاحي الجديد بينت السياسة التربوية رغبتها في إحداث نقلة هامة في تاريخ المنظومة التربوية بما تضمنته من إصلاحات على مستوى بنيتها التنظيمية واقتراح بدائل من شأنها إعادة التوازن، وتبدو الحلول التي تقترحها مختلف النقلات متلائمة إلى حد بعيد مع الخيارات السياسية الاجتماعية الاقتصادية وتحمل نظرة استشرافية للمستقبل . : This article deals with the general situation of establishing the educational project in Algeria, by highlighting the circumstances that coincided with its establishment and represented in a set of socio-organizational obstacles, especially those related to the formulation of the general objectives of the educational institution and its relationship to the state's general political and ideology, and the implications of various situations on the performance of the sector. Education. To remedy the situation, many reforms were made to the educational system . In its entirety, it aims to reduce the problems that the sector suffers from. During its new reform project, the educational policy has indicated its desire to make a significant shift in the history of the educational system, including the reforms it contained in the level of its organizational structure and the suggestion of alternatives that would restore the balance. Far away with socio-economic political options and carrying a forward-looking future
