جذور صناعة خطاب الكراهية في ثقافة المجتمع المعاصر

الملخص
ملخص: يجتاح جميع دول العالم ما اصطلح عليه "خطاب الكراهية"، حيث تشهد المجتمعات انتشارًا واسعًا لهذه الظّاهرة، وتواجه الدول مستويات معقدة من ألوان التعصب التي لا تستهدف الأفراد فقط بل والجماعات والدول أيضا، ويظهر خطاب الكراهية هذا في صورة مضايقات وتهديدات بأوجه متعددة، منها ما هو سياسي وديني واجتماعي وثقافي... ومن ثمة تنوعت جرائم الكراهية، ما بين ممارسة العنف ضد الآخرين في المدرسة وأماكن العمل ودور العبادة وممتلكات الأقليات وغيرها، بواسطة نشر خطاب معادٍ، يمكنه أن يأخذ شكل لوحة أو كتاب أو نص أو ملصق أو أغنية أو فيلم، أو أي إنتاج آخر، ينطوي على عناصر مهينة وتهديدية؛ لإلحاق الأذى بالفئة المستهدفة ومضايقتها وترهيبها وتهميشها، والحطّ من كرامتها وإذلالها، واستغلالها لترسيخ فكرة عدم الاكتراث بها؛ فتظهر الكراهية في الشعارات والمواقف التي تكون غالباً المصدر الرئيس لنشر ثقافة الكراهية، لذا تصاعد هذا الخطاب في دول العالم برمتها، وهو يحتاج لرؤية بعيدة عن المثالية لمواجهته ولتثبيت أسس خطاب التسامح، وقبول الأخر دون مثالية بعيدة عن الواقع. The roots of hate speech industry in the culture of contemporary society Summary: All countries of the world are afflicted with what has been termed "hate speech", as societies witness a widespread spread of this phenomenon, and countries face complex levels of intolerance that target not only individuals but also groups and states, and this hate speech appears in the form of harassment and threats in multiple ways, including what It is political, religious, social and cultural ... and from there hate crimes varied, between violence against others in schools, workplaces, places of worship, minority property, etc., by publishing hostile speech, which can take the form of a painting, book, text, poster, song or movie Or any other production that involves insulting and threatening elements; To harm, harass, intimidate and marginalize the target group, degrade and humiliate them, and exploit them to entrench the idea of indifference to them; Hatred appears in slogans and positions that are often the main source of spreading a culture of hate, so this speech has escalated in the countries of the whole world, and it needs a vision far from idealism to confront it and to establish the foundations of the speech of tolerance, and accept the other without an ideal far from reality.
