تحليل أثر الحوكمة الجامعية على جودة العملية التدريسية من وجهة نظر أساتذة العلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة أم البواقي

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر الحوكمة الجامعية على جودة العملية التدريسية بجامعة أم البواقي، من وجهة نظر أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية، عبر توزيع استبيان الكتروني على أساتذة الكلية، وتم استرجاع 52 إجابة، كما شملت الدراسة على تحليل أثر الحوكمة على جودة البحث العلمي وجودة الطلبة. بعد تحليل الإجابات بالاعتماد على نموذج المعادلات البنائية بطريقة المربعات الصغرى الجزئية، باستخدام برنامج (Smart PLS)، تم التوصل إلى وجود أثر موجب ومعنوي للحوكمة الجامعية على جودة العملية التدريسية، هذا الأثر جزء منه يكون بشكل مباشر، وجزء آخر يكون بشكل غير مباشر، يمر عبر متغير جودة البحث العلمي كمتغير وسيط بين الحوكمة الجامعية وجودة العملية التدريسية. Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the impact of university governance on the teaching process quality at Oum El Bouaghi University, from the viewpoint of professors of the Faculty of Economics. By distributing an electronic questionnaire to college professors and 52 answers were retrieved. The study also included an analysis of the impact of governance on the quality of scientific research and the quality of students. After analyzing the answers by partial least square structural equations modeling. Using SmartPLS software. A positive and significant effect of university governance was found on the quality of the teaching process. Part of this effect was direct. And another part was indirect, passing through the variable of the quality of scientific research as an intermediate variable between university governance and the quality of the teaching process.
