Quality Management In Tourist Facilities And Their Impact On The Algerian Tourist-case Study: Louiseis Travel And Travel Agency – Tipaza

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of quality management on tourist facilities on the tourist, and to know the level of quality of tourism services provided by the agency of Loasis and the extent of customer satisfaction with them by revealing the dimensions and criteria used to evaluate them. The results of the study showed the dimensions that customers use to evaluate the quality of tourism services, which reflects their level of satisfaction, as they were extracted in the form of strengths and weaknesses. The study presented a set of recommendations that would raise the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by the agency related to improving the quality of tourism services.
