Abstract

Abstract: The importance of waste management of all kinds , which is considered one of the most important causes of environmental pollution, therefore the necessity to pay attention to waste recycling process, which is of great environmental and economic importance , as it can provide additional revenues to State treasury, in addition to other benefits, in addition to other benefits, most importantly, including the environmental dimension in the State's management strategies . Jel Classification Codes: Q53 ملخص: إن أهمية تسيير النفايات بشتى أنواعها تعتبر من أهم أسباب تلوث البيئة،لذا من الضروري الاهتمام بعملية رسكلتها ، لما لها من أهمية بيئية واقتصادية كبيرة ، حيث بإمكان هذه العملية توفير مداخيل إضافية لخزينة الدولة، زيادة على تحقيق منافع أخرى أهمها إدراج البعد البيئي ضمن استراتجيات الدولة في التسيير. لأجل التعرف على عملية رسكلة النفايات و أهميتها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إبراز أهمية هذا القطاع و مدى مساهمته في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني ، و قد تم التوصل إلى أن رسكلة ما أمكن من النفايات بإعادة تصنيعها يساهم في تنويع مصادر الدخل الوطني و خلق مناصب عمل جديدة و دائمة ،مع المحافظة على البيئة. الكلمات المفتاحية: رسكلة النفايات، الاقتصاد الوطني، البيئة. تصنيف JEL : Q53.
