الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى رصد و تحليل العديد من عوامل التأثير على عملية و آلية جذب الإستثمارات الأجنبية بالدول و الحكومات المختلفة، و تركز على الوضعية بدولة نيجيريا، باعتبارها أحد أبرز الوحدات السياسية الإفريقية إتساعاً من حيث حجم السوق، و كذا مما تتصف به من كبر حجم السكان و شساعة المساحة الجغرافية، و تفترض الورقة وجود علاقة تأثير للعامل الأمني و الإستقرار السياسي على زيادة أو تراجع وتيرة الإستثمارات الأجنبية بالدول، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود دورٍ سلبي لحالة عدم الإستقرار السياسي بنيجيريا وتزايد التهديدات الأمنية، على ضعف الإقتصاد النيجيري في جذب مستثمرين أجانب و إقامة مشاريع إستثمارية قوية في البلاد خاصة في العقدين الأخيرين. This paper aimed at monitoring and analyzing various factors which effect on the attraction operations of the foreign investments by several governments, with focus on the Nigerian situation, as its one of the main largest economics markets in the African countries, and its also characterized by the highly population size with a wider surface area , the paper assumes an influence relation of the security factor and the political stability on the rising or reducing of the foreign investments attraction, and the study found that there is a negative role of the political instability and the security threats in Nigeria on the weakness of its economy in bringing more foreign investors and establishing new economic projects especially at the last two decades .
