الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز التجربة الجزائرية في مجال تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في الإدارات العمومية، من خلال مشروع الجزائر الالكترونية2013المرتبط بتحسين دور الإدارات العمومية في توفير النماذج تكنولوجية ذات جودة عالية وبأقل تكلفة تضمن تحقيق التفاعل بين الإدارة والمواطن، ومن ثم الوصول إلى حوكمة المرفق العام، وسعيا للتطبيق الفعلي للإدارة الالكترونية تم عرض الخدمات الإعلامية، التفاعلية والمعاملاتية، المتعلقة بالوثائق البيومترية والمعاملات الإدارية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية تمثل في عصرنة الخدمة العمومية وتفعيل المتغيرات الكمية والفنية في الإدارات والمؤسسات العمومية في الجزائر Abstract: The aim of this study is to highlight the Algerian experience in implementing electronic management in public administrations .The application of the e-Algeria 2013 project is link to improving the role of public administrations in providing a high-quality public service at the lowest cost and in time, thus achieving interaction between the administration and the citizen, This ensures the wise governance of the general service, in order to effectively implement electronic management through the presentation Services interactive and operation service by the new module of e-services, down biometric documents and administration transactions, the result of this study the return of e- administration, clarified the modernization services public and achieving the quantatives and technical variables in administration of Algeria.
