المجلس الجزائري وقضية فصل الدين الإسلامي عن الدولة - قراءة لمواقف الشيخ البشير الإبراهيمي -

الملخص
الملخص : إن مطالبة الجزائريين بضرورة فصل الدين عن الدولة مطالبة قديمة العهد و إن الاهتمام بقضية فصل الدين عن الدولة يعد انعكاس لطبيعية جمعية العلماء المسلمين التي تعتبر نفسها مسئولة عن الأمة الجزائرية و عن الإسلام ومعابده وتعليمه ولغته وجميع شعائره كالحج والصوم وأحكامه القضائية، فعلى الرغم من أن الإدارة الفرنسية قد أعلنت مبدأ فصل الدين عن الدولة إلا إنها سعت ضد الدين الإسلامي وبشتى الوسائل إلى الوقوف دون تطبيق هذا المبدأ ، وذلك إمعانا في التسليط والاحتكار واستضعاف المسلمين واحتقارا لهم. وقد أكد الشيخ البشير الإبراهيمي من خلال قراءة المقالات التي كتبها في جريدة البصائر على أن كل ما كان يحدث في جلسات المجلس الجزائري ومواقفه الصادرة إزاء القضايا التي عرضت عليه بسيطرة السمات السلبية فركز الشيخ على تبيان مواقفه السلبية التي اتخذها المجلس والحيل والتلاعب فيما يخص المسائل المتعلقة بالدين والتي تهم الشعب الجزائري مثل اللغة العربية ، وتوزيع الميزانية والخدمات الاجتماعية ، حيث اعتبرت أن كل قرارات المجلس الجزائري التي اتخذها كانت في صالح الاستعمار الداعم للكولون ضد مصلحة الجزائريين ، وبالتالي يعد المجلس أداة من أدوات الاستعمار يستخدمها لإبقاء المجتمع الجزائري في أسوأ حال.
