الملخص
تتطرق هذه الدراسة الى موضوع نشأة الصراع العثماني المغريبي ودور الجزائر في تشكل أحداثه وتطور العلاقات بينهما ، والذي يعد من بين المواضيع ذات الأهمية لكونه لا يشير الى العلاقات بينهما فقط، بل أنه يدخل في إطار العلاقات بين طرفين مسلمين في المشرق والمغرب وبالأخص في حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط، والذي تحكمت فيه عدة أطراف أجنبية وبالأخص الأوروبية منها، وقد ارتبطت هذه العلاقات بينهما بظروف جعلتها تتأرجح تارة بين التوتر والصراع ، وتارة بين السلم والمهادنة. ومن هذا المنطلق ارتأينا تقديم هذه الورقة البحثية لمعرفة بدايات ظهور الصراع العثماني المغريبي ودور الجزائر في تطور العلاقات بينهما بصفتها إيالة عثمانية. فما هي إذن أسباب الصراع والتوتر في العلاقات المغربية العثمانية؟ وكيف كان دور الجزائر فيها؟ وما العوامل التي أثّرت في مجرى هذه العلاقات؟ This study deals with the issue of the emergence of the Ottoman-Moroccan conflict and the role of Algeria in shaping its events and the development of relations between them, which is among the topics of importance because it does not refer to the relations between them only, but rather it falls within the framework of relations between two Muslim parties in the Levant and Morocco, especially in the White Sea basin The Mediterranean, which was controlled by several foreign parties, especially European ones, and these relations were linked to circumstances that made them oscillate between tension and conflict, and sometimes between peace and truce. From this standpoint, we decided to present this research paper to know the beginnings of the emergence of the Ottoman-Moroccan conflict and the role of Algeria in the development of relations between them as an Ottoman mandate. So what are the causes of conflict and tension in Moroccan-Ottoman relations? How was the role of Algeria in it? What factors influenced the course of these relations?
