الهجرة غير الشرعية من دول شمال افريقيا الى اوروبا في ظل ازمة كوفيد -19- قراءة في الواقع التحديات والانعكاسات.

الملخص
الملخص: الهجرة غير الشرعية ظاهرة عالمية منتشرة وموجودة في جميع دول العالم لا تخلو دولة من اثارها وانعكاساتها، اذ شهدت في الاونة الاخيرة انتشارا واسعا حتى في ظل ظهور فيروس كورونا -كوفيد 19- وأصبحت تهدد المجتمعات لحجم المخاطر التي تسببها، لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على واقع هذه الظاهرة واسباب انتشارها وتداعياتها على امن واستقرار الدول المسقبلة وحتى دول العبور؛ خاصة وأنه برزت في الاونة الأخيرة هذه الظاهرة بصورة اكبر من دول شمال افريقيا إلى دول اوروبا، ما أدى إلى ظهور العديد من المواقف للدول المستقبلة سواء التي خرج منها المهاجرون أو تلك الدول التي استقبلتهم خوفا من انتشار اكبر للوباء، اضافة لضرورة للتطرق الى الاجراءات التي اتخذتها الجزائر للحد من خطورة الهجرة غير الشرعية في هذه الازمة، لنصل الى اهم الجهود الاقليمية والدولية المبذولة للحد من توسع الظاهرة، والسبل المتبعة للحد من تدفق المهاجرين غير الشرعيين في ظل ازمة وباء كورونا المستجد. الكلمات المفتاحية: الهجرة غير الشرعية، تداعيات الهجرة، دول العبور، الدول المستقبلة، كوفيد- 19-. Abstract: Illegal migration is a widespread global phenomenon and present in all countries of the world and no country escapes its effects and fallout, as it has recently experienced a great amplification despite the emergence of the Coronavirus - Covid 19 - and has become a threat to societies because of the scale of the risks it entails. This study therefore aims to shed light on the reality of this phenomenon, the reasons for its spread and its repercussions on the security and stability of host countries and even transit countries; especially since this phenomenon has increased more recently from North African countries to European countries, this has led to the occurrence of numerous reactions from different countries, whether they are of immigrant origin or from the countries which have welcomed them for fear of a farther spread of the epidemic, in addition to the need to address the measures taken by Algeria to reduce the risk of illegal immigration in this crisis, leading to regional and international efforts to reduce the expansion of the phenomenon and the methods adopted to limit the flow of illegal immigrants in light of the new Coronavirus epidemic crisis.
