الملخص
إن نظام القضاء في الجزائر يرتكز على حماية حقوق المواطن، وتكريس سيادة القانون، حيث يعتبر دعامة كبرى لتحقيق العدلة، وإرساء الأمن، وتحقيق الإستقرار في المجتمعات، ويفرض إحترام مؤسسات، ومنها المؤسسة القضائية، ففيها ينتصر الحق على الباطل، وينصر الظالم والمظلوم على أيادي القضاة، فهم أهل الحكمة والحل، لهم فيها أخلاق وظيفية مقننة ومميزة، لذلك تتطرقنا في مقالنا هذا على تسليط الضوء على أخلاقيات القاضي الجزائري بين القواعد القانونية والمبادئ الإسلامية. The judicial system in Algeria is mainly based on protecting the citizen rights as well as establishing the state of law. The latter is considered the beating heart for achieving justice, security, social stability, and imposing respect in the institutions, including the judicial one, where the truth comes and falsehood vanishes under the leadership of the judges, who are the wise ones and problem solvers. Besides, they possess the principles of the professional ethics. Accordingly, our article sheds light on the ethics of the Algerian Judge, based on the legal provisions and the Islamic principles.
