دور براءة الاختراع في نشر الابتكار الأخضر

الملخص
يعتبر التلوث البيئي من أبرز المشاكل العالمية حاليا، إذ لا يمكن السعي الى إيجاد حلول لمواجهته إلا بتكاثف الجهود، وهذا يكون أساسا بتبني سياسة جديدة للحد من التدهور البيئي، وتعويض التكنولوجيا الملوثة بأخرى نظيفة، وأن يتم تقديم الدعم الكامل للمؤسسات باختلاف أشكالها والتي تضمن إستراتيجياتها الخوض في مجال الابتكار الأخضر. وتعد براءة الاختراع من أهم حقوق الملكية الصناعية ومن أكثرها مساسا بالعلاقات التجارية والاقتصادية لذا سعت الدول الى توفير إطار قانوني فعال يحمي الاختراعات ويحفظ حقوق مالكيها عن طريق براءة الاختراع، ولهذه الأخيرة دور في تعزيز مكانة الابتكار الأخضر وتحفيز انتشاره وقد اختلفت وسائل تحفيز انتشار الابتكار الأخضر وكذا فعالية براءة الاختراع باختلاف تقدم الدول ومدى جاهزيتها ،ووعيها بالمسؤولية الملقاة على عاتقها و النتائج المتوقعة في حال استمرارها في إهانة البيئة على حساب جشع الإنسان وطمعه الذي لا يعرف التراجع . In the field of green innovation. The patent is one of the most important industrial property rights and one of the most damaging to commercial and economic relations. Therefore, countries have sought to provide an effective legal framework that protects inventions and preserves the rights of their owners through the patent. The latter has a role in enhancing the status of green innovation and stimulating its spread. The means of stimulating the spread of green innovation have differed, as well as The effectiveness of the patent according to the progress of states and the extent of their readiness, and their awareness of the responsibility entrusted to them and the expected results in the event that they continue to insult the environment at the expense of human greed and greed that can not retreat.
