الحماية الأمنية للبطاقات الإئتمانية Security Protection For Credit Cards

الملخص

لا شك أن التعامل بنظام الدفع بموجب البطاقات الإئتمانية من شأنه أن يوفر على مستخدمي هذه التقنيات الجهد والوقت وكذلك حفظ أموالهم من السرقة أو التعدي عليها بطرق أخرى، وفي ذات الوقت ينبغي توفير الحماية اللازمة من أجل ضمان التطبيق السليم لمثل هذه الوسائل الحديثة في مجال الدفع. لذا تتمحور فكرة الحماية حول تقرير حماية أمنية لنظام البطاقات الإئتمانية سواءً في شقها الإداري(الضبطية الإدارية) أو الشق القضائي (الضبطية القضائية). There is no doubt that dealing with the payment system under credit cards would save the users of these technologies effort and time as well as save their money from theft or encroachment in other ways, and at the same time, the necessary protection should be provided in order to ensure the proper application of such modern means in the field of payment. Therefore, the idea of protection revolves around the determination of a security protection for the credit card system, whether in its administrative aspect (administrative control) or the judicial branch (judicial seizure).
