حماية المستهلك في إطار التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
الملخص : تتأثر المجتمعات بفعل التطورات – مهما كان نوعها – التي تحصل فيها، الأمر الذي يترتب عليه تغير المنظومة التشريعية للدول بصفة آلية مسايرة لتلك التغييرات، ومن بين أهم المستجدات التي فرضت نفسها على المجتمعات هناك فكرتين اثنتين، فأما عن الأولى فتتمثل في التنمية المستدامة والتي هي على قدر من الأهمية، والتي مفادها تلبية احتياجات الجيل الحاضر دون الإضرار بحق تلبية احتياجات جيل المستقبل، أما عن الفكرة الثانية فتتمثل في حماية المستهلك ( فالكل يعتبر من فئة المستهلكين) والتي هي كسابقتها على قدر من الأهمية باعتبار أن المستهلك طرف ضعيف لا بد من حمايته والمحافظة على مصالحه، في مواجهة طرف قوي لا يهمه سوى تحقيق الربح حتى وإن كان ذلك على حساب الجيل الحاضر أو الجيل المستقبلي. Abstrcat : Societies are affected by the developments - whatever their kind - that occur in them, which results in a change in the legislative system of countries in a way that is in line with these changes, and among the most important developments that have imposed themselves on societies there are two ideas. As for the first, it is sustainable development, which is Of great importance, which is to meet the needs of the present generation without prejudice to the right to meet the needs of the future generation. As for the second idea, it is to protect the consumer (everyone is considered a consumer category) which, like the previous one, is of great importance considering that the consumer is a weak party. From protecting him and preserving his interests, in the face of a powerful party whose interest is nothing but making a profit, even if that is at the expense of the present generation or the future generation.
