الملخص
الملخص: إن التطبيق العملي لمبدأ التكامل قد يواجه بعض الإشكالات والقيود، خاصة عند ممارسة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لولايتها بسبب بعض الصياغات أو السوابق القضائية التاريخية التي ترمي بضلالها المشوب بالشك حول إمكانية نجاح المحكمة حسب المتوقع لها . ومن أجل تفادي ذلك فقد أبدى النظام الأساسي حرصا ظاهريا على إلتزامات الدول وحقوقها إلى الحد الذي لا يشكل تعاون هذه الدولة مع المحكمة الجنائية الدولية تأثيرا على إلتزاماتها التعاهدية. Abstract: The practical application of the principale of integration may face some problems and restrictions especially when the international criminal court exercise its jurisdiction because of some formulation or historical case-law ther are doubts and uncertainties about whether the court will succeed as expected. In order to avoid any impact or disruption of treaty obligations of the state to cooperate with.the states ensure the obligations and rights of states to the extent that does not the constitute cooperation with the international criminal court impact on their treaty obligations or breach it
