الملخص

نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على مشكلة الاعتداءات الجنسية ضد الأطفال المعاقين عقليا هي مشكلة يصعب كشفها في الواقع لأنها جريمة متستر عليها في المجتمع الجزائري نظرا لخصائص و تركيبة المجتمع الذي يعتبر مثل هذه المواضيع طبوهات و كذا لطبيعة وخصائص الأفراد ذوي الإعاقات الذي يتم استغلالهم أما لنقص قدراتهم العقلية أو بسبب إعاقات أخرى تحول دون الإفصاح عن الاعتداء، لذا نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الكشف عن طبيعة هذا الاعتداء وأسباب هذه الاعتداءات وإعطاء حلول لحماية هذه الفئة من المجتمع. Through this research paper, we aim to shed light on the problem of sexual abuse against mentally handicapped children. It is a problem that is difficult to detect in reality because it is a cover-up crime in Algerian society due to the characteristics and composition of the society that considers such topics as taboos, as well as the nature and characteristics of individuals with disabilities that are taking place. Their exploitation, either because of their lack of mental capabilities or due to other disabilities that prevent disclosure of the abuse, so we aim through this study to reveal the nature of this abuse and the causes of these attacks and to give solutions to protect this group of society.
