الملخص
لا شك أن المأساة الفلسطينية كانت و لازالت الأزمة الأشد وقعا والأعقد حلا في تاريخ العرب والمسلمين خاصة وفي تاريخ العالم بشكل عام.ولم تكن تلك الأزمة لتظهر وتتطور شيئا فشيئا دون أن تكون هناك أيادي خفية وأخرى معلنة تغذي وتزكي هذا الإحتلال الغاشم وتهبه الأحقية في حق مسلوب من أصحابه. الوجود الصهيوني في فلسطين وإصدار الوعد البلفوري القاضي بإنشاء وطن قومي لليهود في الأراضي الفلسطينية لم يكن وليد الصدفة أو أنه وجد من عدم, فقد كان التخطيط والتنظيم والتأييد أسياد الموقف في تحقيق الوعد المشؤوم, وبما أن بريطانيا ممثلة في شخص السياسي آرثر جيمس بلفور كانت أحد الأطراف البارزة في القضية الفلسطينية باعتبارها هي من أصدرت الوعد, وكانت هي الولية والحريصة على تنفيذه, فإنه حري بنا أن نوجه أنظارنا نحو طبيعة العلاقات التي جمعت بريطانيا بالحركة الصهيونية قبل إصدار وعد بلفور, ومعرفة خبايا وأسرار تلك العلاقة الودية للحد الذي تصل فيه بريطانيا إلى وعد اليهود وتبني قضيتهم متجاوزة كل الأعراف والقوانين الدولية. على ضوء هذا الموضوع يمكن أن نطرح الإشكال الآتي: ما هي جذور العلاقات البريطانية الصهيونية؟ وكيف تطورت تلك العلاقة إلى أن كللت وتوجت في الأخير بإنشاء وطن قومي لليهود؟ وما هي الأسباب الكامنة وراء تولي بريطانيا مسؤولية لملمة شتات اليهود من خلال ذلك الوعد في تلك الفترة؟. أما بالنسبة لأهمية هذه الدراسة فإنها تكمن إبراز مسؤولية بريطانيا في تكريس الاحتلال الصهيوني لفلسطين, من خلال تبيان عمق العلاقة التي جمعت بينهما, إضافة إلى إبراز أهمية ودور التخطيط المسبق والمكثف في تنفيذ المشروع الصهيوني مع وجود عنصر التحالف والتأييد الدولي المتخفي وراء غطاء الشرعية. There is no doubt that the Palestinian tragedy was and still is the most severe and most complicated crisis in the history of Arabs and Muslims in particular and in the history of the world in general. that crisis would not have emerged and developed little by little without there being hidden hands and other declared hands feeding and purifying this brutal occupation and granting it the right to a right that was stripped of its owners. The Zionist presence in Palestine and the issuance of the Balfour Declaration promising to establish a national homeland for Jews in the Palestinian territories was not a coincidence or was found out of lack, for planning, organizing, and support were the masters of the situation in achieving the sinister promise, and since Britain is represented in the person of the politica, it was one of the prominent parties in the Palestinian issue, as it was the one who made the promise, She was the guardian and keen to implement it, for it is necessary for us to direct our attention towards the nature of the relations that brought Britain together the Zionist movement before issuing the Balfour Declaration, and to know the mysteries and secrets of this friendly relationship to the extent that Britain reaches the promise of the Jews and embrace their cause transcending all the international norms and laws. In light of this topic, we can raise the following problem: What are the roots of British-Zionist relations? How did that relationship develop until it was crowned and crowned in the end with the creation of a national home for the Jews? What are the reasons behind Britain taking responsibility for getting to the diaspora of Jews through that promise in that period? As for the importance of this study, it lies in highlighting Britain’s responsibility in dedicating the Zionist occupation to Palestine, by showing the depth of the relationship that brought them together, in addition to highlighting the importance and role of advance and intensive planning in the implementation of the Zionist project with the presence of an alliance and And international support hidden behind the cover of legitimacy العلاقات, بريطانيا, الصهيونية, وعد بلفور، فلسطين
