L’usage Des Langues Et Le Mode Interactionnel En Milieu Professionnel : Le Cas Du Port Du Bejaia

Résumé
Nous proposons une recherche sur l’usage des langues dans le milieu professionnel du secteur maritime. L’objectif est d’analyser l’interaction selon les échanges et les pratiques communicatives de quelques acteurs du milieu. Nous visons donc à comprendre pourquoi et comment les différentes langues sont utilisées dans cette sphère publique. Notons que les activités langagières réorganisent les représentations de la réalité du terrain. Nous observons que les activités portuaires s’appuient sur l’usage d’un outil de communication « la VHF » qui entraine le recours au plurilinguisme. Mots clés : usage, français langue professionnelle, interaction, communication, sphère professionnelle. خلاصة نقدم بحثًا حول استخدام اللغات في البيئة المهنية للقطاع البحري. الهدف هو تحليل التفاعل وفقًا للتبادلات والممارسات التواصلية لبعض الجهات الفاعلة في الوسط. لذلك ، فإننا نهدف إلى فهم سبب وكيفية استخدام اللغات المختلفة في هذا المجال العام. لاحظ أن الأنشطة اللغوية تعيد تنظيم تمثيلات الواقع على الأرض. نلاحظ أن أنشطة الموانئ تقوم على استخدام أداة اتصال "VHF" والتي تؤدي إلى استخدام التعددية اللغوية. لكلمات المفتاحية : الاستخدام ، اللغة الفرنسية المهنية ، التفاعل ، التواصل ، المجال المهني Summary We offer research on the use of languages in the professional environment of the maritime sector. The objective is to analyze the interaction according to the exchanges and the communicative practices of some actors of the medium. We therefore aim to understand why and how the different languages are used in this public sphere. Note that language activities reorganize representations of the reality on the ground. We observe that port activities are based on the use of a communication tool "VHF" which leads to the use of plurilingualism.
